Ashesfall Roasted Coffee is made with a medium Roast made with fair trade Colombian Coffee. A good everyday drinker – this coffee is very smooth. The cup is pretty traditional with a bit of a chocolatey nutty factor.

My initial experience with the medium roast coffee was less than satisfactory, with the beans appearing oily and the brew disappointingly dark and lacking in flavor. However, I'm pleased to report a significant improvement with the replacement bag generously provided by the company. The new beans presented a much more appealing brownish hue and were not oily, enhancing the brewing process with a delightful bloom. The aroma and taste of the coffee were also markedly better, offering a satisfying sensory experience. I appreciate the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and am happy to enjoy what is now a great cup of coffee.
