Brez Coffee Co

I ordered from Brez on recommendation from a friend, and was delighted to find a good variety of light roasts! I selected Holy Grail and tried a number of brew styles; for each one I used a 1:15 ratio at 195F.

The clear winner here was a pour over using a center pour. There was a good balance of tart and woody flavors, and while I didn’t get much of the sweetness I tend to associate with a center pour there was no overt bitterness either.

Interestingly, my Aeropress and French press produced opposite results. The Aeropress was very tart at first with only some woody undertones that got stronger over time, while the French press produced a woodier taste with the tartness becoming more pronounced over time. Both very good!

The last method I tried was pour over using an edge pour, and I can’t recommend it for this blend. None of the tartness or woodiness stood out, and while I still didn’t get any offputting bitterness there wasn’t much else there either. Not bad, but nothing I’d keep ordering at a cafe or restaurant.

Overall, I really enjoyed Holy Grail - I went through it at a wild pace for me, and I’m eager to try more blends from Brez!

Like all their flavored coffees they’re not too overpowering. It’s just a nice hint of the flavor. Or in this case flavors.

This is absolutely worth the price. You can tell it's fresh, so smooth and didn't take long to receive the coffee. Well worth it! Highly recommend.

I’ve tried so other flavored coffees but this has such subtle flavor it really is great especially as iced coffee!

I thought with the cinnamon and bourbon flavors that this might taste a bit like Fireball, but it's better! Rather than the in-your-face overpowering cinnamon candy flavor of Fireball, it's much more balanced than that. The chocolate flavor and the light roast give it a very well-rounded complex flavor that is like you put just a dash of cinnamon Bailey's in your cup. I will definitely order this again.

I buy the Feral Fusion Blend. It is the B est coffee ever!!! It is just the rightstrength, and is delicious whether you sweeten it or drink it black.

I love this brew , its my go to for cold brew as well. I usually get this one and the Feral fusion it has a nice hint of nutty chocolate to the Columbian coffee it is a great pair with the Smore flavour

Tried the Nerditudes Sugary Sweet Joystick for the first time, and think it is an awesome breakfast starter. My New go to drink to start my day!!

The flavours are a perfect blend and worth it for the price, loved every sip, this is one of my favourite mixes of flavour that I've tasted so far from this website, I'm going to definitely get more!

Very good morning cup of coffee. Smooth and not too strong.

So far I have tried 5 flavors of Brez, Barbados water being my favorite. The hint of rum flavor balanced out with the bean flavor is perfect. It gives the right amount of kick and consistently makes for a great morning cup or night cap if you’re up for a late night.
